Sarah Chapman: Relationship and family coach
Helping couples who feel stuck, uncertain and unable to bridge the growing distance between them.
Sarah works with couples who no longer know what they want—or who are frightened that speaking honestly will make an already fragile situation worse.
She creates a calm, thoughtful space in which difficult feelings can be brought into the open, understood and discussed without either person being pushed towards a decision before they are ready.
Sarah’s approach
Sarah is a certified Master Practitioner of NLP and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics, specialising in human connection and communication. Her academic work explored the sociological, psychological and biological influences that shape how people speak, listen and respond to one another.
Combining this knowledge with warmth, intuition and considerable life experience, Sarah brings scientific understanding and spiritual awareness into her coaching.
Sarah has five children and has been married to Stephen for 24 years. Her experience of parenting children through very different stages of life has given her a particular passion for communication within the family. She helps parents create environments in which children feel safe, nurtured and able to express what is happening in their hearts.
Having also built businesses alongside her husband, Sarah understands the pressure that work, responsibility and unequal power can place upon a relationship. She helps couples explore boundaries, decision-making and communication when marriage, family and business have become painfully entangled.
Sarah may be the right coach for you if:
You feel emotionally distant but don’t know how to reconnect.
You are uncertain whether to repair the relationship or take a different path.
Important conversations are repeatedly avoided because they feel too risky.
Parenting disagreements are affecting the atmosphere of your family.
Business, work or financial pressures are spilling into your relationship.
You want a gentle but insightful space in which both people can speak honestly.
When communication changes, the effects can be felt throughout the relationship, the family and every other area of life.
Ross Cooney: Fitness, men and relationship coach
Helping self-employed dads regain control of their lives, relationships and wellbeing.
Ross works with men who are carrying the weight of work, money and family responsibility—but feel exhausted, disconnected or unsure how to hold everything together.
As a former Royal Marine with years of experience coaching self-employed fathers, Ross understands the pressure to remain strong, capable and dependable while quietly running out of energy underneath it all.
Ross’s approach
Ross offers practical, honest and down-to-earth coaching. He helps men step back from the immediate pressure, understand the patterns keeping them stuck and take meaningful action without burning themselves out.
His approach is focused on real life: communicating more effectively, managing competing responsibilities, rebuilding confidence and becoming more present as a husband, partner and father.
This isn’t about becoming a completely different person. It is about regaining clarity, taking responsibility for what can change and creating a healthier balance between work, family and your own wellbeing.
Ross may be the right coach for you if:
You are self-employed or responsible for running a business.
Work is consuming the time and energy you want to give your family.
You feel exhausted, irritable, stuck or emotionally disconnected.
You want to communicate better with your partner.
You feel you are constantly letting somebody down.
You want practical support from someone who understands pressure, responsibility and family life.

Rachel Leonard: Women’s life and relationship coach
Helping women at a crossroads rediscover who they are and decide what comes next.
Rachel works with women who have spent years caring for children, supporting a partner or holding family life together—and have reached a point where they no longer recognise themselves.
This often happens when children become more independent or leave home. The roles that once gave life its structure begin to change, leaving difficult questions behind: Who am I now? What do I want? Is my relationship still right for me? What might the next chapter look like?
Rachel’s approach
Rachel offers a warm, patient and grounded space in which women can begin listening to themselves again.
She helps clients explore what has been lost, what still matters and what they may have quietly outgrown. Her work is not about forcing dramatic decisions. It is about separating genuine desire from guilt, fear and other people’s expectations so that the way forward becomes clearer.
Living close to nature aboard a canal boat, Rachel has chosen a life that reflects simplicity, freedom and a willingness to step beyond the conventional path. She brings that same openness and curiosity to women who sense that something needs to change but don’t yet know what—or how.
Rachel may be the right coach for you if:
Your children are becoming independent or have left home.
You have spent years looking after everyone else and lost touch with yourself.
You feel restless, unfulfilled or uncertain about what comes next.
Changes in family life have exposed distance within your relationship.
You are questioning your identity, priorities or direction.
You need space to think without being judged, rushed or told what to do.
You do not need to have the next chapter worked out. You simply need somewhere honest to begin.
